1. Initial Contact
   To begin, please email us at vihas.d@freelancely.org with your project details. Our team will promptly reach out to discuss your requirements and gather essential information.
   

2. Project Assessment and Price Estimation
   After understanding your project, we will provide a detailed price estimate tailored to your needs. All prices are negotiable to ensure the best value for you.
   

3. Advance Payment
   Upon agreement, an e-invoice will be issued for the advance payment:

   • For standard projects, an advance payment of 50% is required.

   • For larger projects, payments will be divided into stages corresponding to the project milestones.

4. E-Invoicing
   All invoicing is conducted electronically, with options for e-invoice and email based on your preference.
